دستورات نوروزیِ قاضی‌القضات به بخش‌های مختلف قضایی
رئیس قوه قضاییه گفت: در ایام تعطیلات نوروز، در هر بخش و مجموعه قضایی که با مردم و سایر دستگاه‌ها سر و کار دارد، باید نیرو‌های کشیک مستقر باشند؛ به هیچ وجه نباید در پیشبرد امور مردم، به بهانه تعطیلات، تأخیر انداخت و نباید کار مردم را به پایان تعطیلات موکول کرد.

-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">به گزارش مرکز رسانه قوه قضاییه، حجت‌الاسلام والمسلمین محسنی اژه‌ای امروز دوشنبه (28 اسفند) طی سخنانی در نشست شورای عالی قوه قضاییه، ضمن قدردانی از زحمات و خدمات کلیه همکاران قضایی در سال 1402، اظهار کرد: قاطبه قضات و کارکنان قضایی کشور، دلسوزانه، خیرخواهانه و در راه رضای خداوند، در جهت پیشبرد امور قضایی و حقوقی مردم تلاش می‌کنند. در مجموع، اقدامات و تلاش‌های صورت گرفته از سوی همکاران قضایی ما در سال 1402، خوب و قابل قبول بود؛ ثمره و نتیجه تلاش‌های برخی از مجموعه‌های قضایی برای مردم ملموس و مشهود بود و ممکن است تلاش‌های برخی دیگر از مجموعه‌های قضایی برای مردم مشهود نبوده باشد، اما به هر حال آن‌ها نیز کوشش‌ها و مساعی مطلوبی داشتند. </span><br style="font-size: 16px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">رئیس قوه قضاییه تصریح کرد: البته در این بین نباید از نقاط ضعف و نقصان، غافل شویم و ضروری است در جهت رفع آن‌ها اقدامات لازم را انجام دهیم. برخی از کمبود‌ها و ضعف‌های ما در قوه قضاییه ناشی از شرایط و نبود امکانات است؛ البته باید بتوانیم علی‌رغم این کمبودها، با هماهنگی‌ها و تلاش‌های بیشتر، وظایف و مسئولیت‌های خود را در راستای منافع مردم و کشور به پیش ببریم. مجموعاً در سال 1402 توفیقات خوبی داشتیم؛ البته کمبود‌ها و ضعف‌ها را نیز نباید نادیده بگیریم.</span><br style="font-size: 16px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">رئیس دستگاه قضا در ادامه نشست امروز تاکیداتی را خطاب به بخش‌های مختلف قضایی برای خدمات‌رسانی هر چه مطلوب‌تر به مردم در ایام تعطیلات نوروز مطرح کرد و در همین راستا گفت: در ایام تعطیلات نوروز، در هر بخش و مجموعه قضایی که با مردم و سایر دستگاه‌ها سر و کار دارد، باید نیرو‌های کشیک مستقر باشند؛ به هیچ وجه نباید در پیشبرد امور مردم، به بهانه تعطیلات، تأخیر انداخت و نباید کار مردم را به پایان تعطیلات موکول کرد. ممکن است در مراکز و مواردی بواسطه ابزار‌های فناورانه از نیروی کشیک غیرحضوری استفاده شود، اما تاکید من آن است که در بسیاری از موارد و مراکز، حضور فیزیکی نیروی کشیک ضروری است. همچنین تاکید دارم که نیرو‌های کشیک در مراکز قضایی، چنانچه می‌توانند و در چارچوب اختیارات قانونی‌شان، امور قضایی مردم را در همان روز تعطیل انجام دهند و این امور را موکول به بعد از تعطیلات نکنند. مقامات قضایی نیز در ایام تعطیلات، بازرسی‌ها و نظارت‌های لازم را نسبت به بخش‌ها و نیرو‌های کشیک داشته باشند. </span><br style="font-size: 16px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">رئیس عدلیه در ادامه بیان داشت: در ایام تعطیلات نوروز، بستر برای وقوع برخی جرائم بیش از پیش فراهم می‌شود؛ از جمله آنکه بواسطه سفر رفتن مردم، ممکن است سرقت از منازل و مغازه‌ها صورت گیرد و یا به حریم طبیعت و محیط زیست و منابع طبیعی تجاوز شود؛ لذا مقامات قضایی ذیربط و دادستان‌ها به منظور جلوگیری از وقوع این قبیل جرائم، تمهیدات لازم را بصورت تمام و کمال اتخاذ کنند و تاکیدات مقتضی را در این خصوص خطاب به فراجا داشته باشند.</span><br style="font-size: 16px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">قاضی‌القضات اظهار داشت: در رسیدگی به امور قضایی مردم باید نهایت دقت و سرعت اِعمال شود؛ اگر چه حجم و سختی کار زیاد است و توقعات نیز از مجموعه قضایی بالاست، اما مع‌ذلک ما باید برای رضای خدا و در جهت منافع مردم و کشور، نهایت تلاش را در انجام مسئولیت خود داشته باشیم و این مسئولیت را به نحو احسن انجام دهیم؛ لذا مسئولان قضایی به هیچ وجه در پیشبرد امور مردم تأخیر نیندازند و این امور را به فردا و یا زمان آتی موکول نکنند.</span><br style="font-size: 16px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">حجت‌الاسلام والمسلمین محسنی اژه‌ای تصریح کرد: مقامات قضایی ذیربط نسبت به اعطای مرخصی به زندانیان واجد شرایط، در چهارچوب موازین قانونی، اقدام کنند، اما همانطور که بار‌ها تاکید کرده‌ایم این مرخصی‌ها و این تأسیسات ارفاقی را در قبال زندانیانی که بیرون بودن‌شان از زندان برای امنیت و آسایش شهروندان مخاطره‌آمیز است، اِعمال نکنند. همچنین مجرمان و محکومانی که متنبّه نشده‌اند و احتمال تکرار جرم از سوی آن‌ها می‌رود نیز نباید در فهرست مرخصی‌ها قرار گیرند.</span><br style="font-size: 16px; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">رئیس عدلیه در ادامه نشست امروز با ارائه تحلیلی از برخی رخداد‌های تلخ و شیرین سال 1402، گفت: در سال 1402 نیز در کشور و منطقه شاهد اتفاقات تلخ و شیرینی بودیم که همه آن‌ها باید برای ما عبرت‌آموز باشند؛ در سالی که گذشت در کشور ما به رغم تلاش‌های دشمنان و بدخواهان، امنیت مطلوبی حاکم بود و حضور آگاهانه مردم در مراسمات مذهبی و ملی چشمگیر بود؛ انتخابات نیز با امنیت و عزت در روز‌های پایانی سال برگزار شد و در عرصه سیاست خارجی و دیپلماسی اقتصادی و فرهنگی نیز توفیقاتی توسط دولت حاصل شد؛ عملیات ظفرمندانه طوفان‌الاقصی نیز نشان داد که راه مقاومت در برابر رژیم اشغالگر و حامیان مستکبرش، راهی نجات‌بخش است؛ از سویی دیگر سکوت و انفعال سازمان‌های به اصطلاح بین‌المللی و حقوق‌بشری در قبال کشتار بی‌رحمانه و سبعانه‌ای که از سوی صهیونیست‌ها در غزه در جریان است، از نکات تلخ و گزنده بود. به هر حال، امروز ماهیت جنایتکارانه رژیم غاصب صهیونیستی برای مردم دنیا آشکار شده است و یک نفرت عمومی در همه دنیا نسبت به این رژیم اشغالگر ایجاد شده است.</span><br style="font-size: 16px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">قاضی‌القضات بیان داشت: در داخل کشور نیز در سالی که گذشت برخی حوادث تلخ را تجربه کردیم که از جمله آن‌ها می‌توان به حادثه تروریستی کرمان در سالگرد شهادت حاج قاسم سلیمانی اشاره کرد؛ رخدادی که البته بواسطه آن، خون جدیدی در نهاد‌های ما تزریق شد تا بیش از پیش آماده باشند و تجهیزات مناسب را تمهید کنند. همچنین وجود تورم مزمن نیز از دیگر نکات تلخ بود؛ تورمی که علی‌رغم تلاش‌های دولت و مجلس، عده کثیری از مردم ما را در فشار و مضیقه قرار داده است؛ امیدواریم به فضل خداوند گشایشی در این عرصه برای کشور حاصل شود.</span><br style="font-size: 16px;
