اگر این گونه است و قرار بود باغ حوزه به موسسه خود حوزه منتقل شود، اساساً چرا عقد بیع منعقد کرده و مبلغ نوشته اند؟ آیا این مبلغ و اعتراف فروشنده به دریافت نقدی تمام ثمن معامله، برای محکم کاری‌های بعدی نبوده است؟!
